No more custom work for GD Star Rating 1.x

Since the upcoming GD Star Rating 2.0 is now in the full development mode, and since new plugin will not be compatible with old one, I am not going to do any more custom work or help on any projects that are based on the (now) old plugin version. Here is more info on why.

Premium tutorials on Dev4Press, Part 2.

I was working on a customization project recently, and few things were missing in the plugin for comment integration for better control. So, this release features few improvements for the integration. Also, T2 system is reorganized and updated.
