GD Star Rating 1.9.13
New version of the 1.9 branch brings changes to some of the plugin functions used for rendering and display of data. Several functions are cleaned up a bit, and some elements of core class updated because of that. New function for rendering multi rating average is added.
GD Star Rating 1.9.10
Well, few more bugs surfaced and here is another 1.9 branch version with bugs fixed and with few other minor changes and improvements for better plugin stability. Thanks to Julio from www.boiteaweb.fr for noticing potential exploit in the ajax handler for XSS calls.
No more custom work for GD Star Rating 1.x
Since the upcoming GD Star Rating 2.0 is now in the full development mode, and since new plugin will not be compatible with old one, I am not going to do any more custom work or help on any projects that are based on the (now) old plugin version. Here is more info on why.
Premium tutorials on Dev4Press, Part 2.
Back in January I posted about the premium tutorials on Dev4Press. Since then, many more tutorials are posted, and this is extension to that previous list. As premium support users know, most tutorials are made per request, and that will continue in the future.

Ever since I started with premium support on Dev4Press for GD Star Rating plugin, many tutorials are published there. Most of them are video tutorials with lenght from 7 to 15 minutes covering many different subjects, requested by the premium subscribers.
Exceprt problem finally solved
Many users of run into the famous excerpt problem when setting plugin to work with some themes and when posts didn’t had excerpt pre-set. And solution was there, but it wasn’t very elegant. And now looks like that this problem will be gone for good.
GD Star Rating 1.7.2
Unfortunately, 1.7.1 was released with several bugs, and two of them were major caused by some changes I added just before releasing the plugin. So, I spend most of the day testing and fixing bugs, and here is the new version with many fixes.
Plans for 1.8.0 milestone
Now that GD Press Tools 1.7.0 is released, I have started with new development cycle. So, I have compiled a list of things I plan to work for the next 1.8.0 milestone. But that is still at least month and several minor revisions away.
