I have published 6 articles/tutorials on Dev4Press website on different security aspects related to WordPress, covering everything from server environment, file system using of .htacess file, WordPress tips, methods for spam prevention and recommendations for improving plugins and themes security.
Couple a days ago I started new website under the name res4WP that will be used to collect various WordPress related resources from all over the Internet. All posts will be categories and will have short description with url to the resource.
To summarize the post, there will be no comments reordering using ratings in GD Star Rating. For now. Problem is not that I don’t want to make it, but that it cannot be done at the moment the way I would like it to be done. Here’s why.
Another minor revision after 1.5.1 is here. And again, I am proven to be bad in testing my own code, since I missed few errors. Also, there were many problems with importing data from other rating plugins, and that is also fixed in this release.
In the last week I was very busy working on my 3 main plugins: GD Star Rating, GD Press Tools and the latest one GD Simple Widgets. Both Press and Widget plugins have seen a major release in the last two days. Here is a little more about them.
I want to announce series of plugins and themes reviews I have started on my Dev4Press website. Yesterday I have published first post about HeadSpace2 plugin. And I use GD Star Rating multi review feature with custom template.
