Ratings in Google search results
Back in may, Google announced the new feature for the search engine, called Rich Snippets. Using microformat or RDF you can add pieces of code that will Google find and use with search results. So, I decided to add support for rich snippets for both reviews and ratings.
Issue tracker is now active
Since I am very, very busy with several different projects, I decided that the only way to keep track of the bugs, issues and enchantments for GD Star Rating plugin is to use an issue tracker. So, finally, I have spent some time today to set one up.

After a lot of feedback last few days from new thumbs up/down ratings, I managed to fix every reported problem with this new type of ratings. More thumbs unrelated bugs are fixed, and I added new dashboard widget and few more things.

And, it’s finally here. Thumbs up/down or recommendation ratings are now part of GD Star Rating. Thumbs can be used for both posts and comments, can use different sets much like the rating stars. This version also features few fixes and changes.

Today is exactly a year since I started working on the code for the first alpha version of this plugin. And here we are, year later with another major release. This version includes several new features, along with changes and few bugs fixed.

Another new version is here. This time, not many changes made from the previous version, but nevertheless this changes are very important at this point. You can expect 2-3 new posts in the following day to cover all the new changes.
Database problems
Many changes made to the plugin in the past two months required a lot of changes in the database tables structure needed by the plugin. I tryied to include all the proper upgrade procedures but sometimes that’s not enough.

Here is another mainly bug fixing release. If no more bugs are found in this one, next release should be available in the next 7 to 10 days with many improvements. There are some new features included in this version.
