TVScape.NET Progress
Well, I have almost completed work on my new website called TVScape.NET. Initial announcement is still available here. This time I will show few screenshots with some of the customizations done for this website. Site will go live next week.
Add ratings to RSS feed
Even before 1.0.0 version of the plugin was released I have added a feature allowing integration of rating results into RSS feed. But for a long time this only worked with standard rating results. Now, with release of 1.5.6 this is finally expanded.
T2: Explained #1
I realized that some users didn’t quite understand everything about templates, so I decided to go through all the T2 options and the way the plugin uses Templates. Before asking any T2 related questions you need to read this post first.
GD Star Rating 1.4.8
Few more bugs were reported in the last couple of days, and I find some myself, so I decided to release another version before 1.5.0. Also, I did a major cleanup of the HTML and JavaScript code used on admin pages. And added few more things.
GD Star Rating 1.4.6
GD Star Rating 1.4.6 is released. This release is mainly intended for bug fixing, but there are some new things also. This release is most likely last one in 1.4.x line. And GD Star Rating 1.5.0 will be released next week. Before that lets focus on this one.
Full Rating & Review System
After months of development, GD Star Rating now features full rating and review support that will allows you to integrate ratings into comments, rating and review aggregation and various means to display both rating and review data, and more.
Comments integration #2
After the rating is saved along with the comment into database, now it’s time to show that rating with the comment on the post page. This will also require modifying the theme files. And again, there is a couple of functions you will need to use.
