Despite all my efforts with support so far, tutorials and user guide I understand that in some cases that might not be enough to help users. But I don’t have that much free time to help everyone. So I decided to offer premium support for GD Star Rating.
Premium support is offered from my main website Dev4Press, and includes support forum, limited email support, premium tutorials (mostly video) and much more. If you cancel once activated premium subscription and later decide that you need it again, you will need to buy it again, there will be no way to resume after cancellation. Previously available support, me working on your projects is right now unavailable, but this is only temporary. For most cases new Dev4Press premium support is more than enough. From february 2010, I will reintroduce that old support system on a case to case basis under somewhat different conditions.
Here is what the Premium Support on Dev4Press includes:
- Video tutorials (includes 1-2 new videos each week on using the interface and setting plugin)
- Text tutorials (these will include code examples for some not already integrated features)
- Support forum (premium support forum for helping with integration, customization and more)
- Premium email support (ticket based email support with fast response time)
- Suggestions box (suggest tutorial topics, code example you need, plugin features and more)
Some of the tutorials will be published here also, but I can’t promise what and when. If you have any questions about premium support you can use contact form (attached to window border to the left).
