As I have already announced, I am working on support for cache plugins, and this is the first version of plugin that has a partial support. Several reported bugs are fixed in this release and that includes some loading translations related problems.
As for the cache, this is still experimental. For now only standard star rating (for both posts and comments) is supported. If everything goes OK, all other rating versions will be also transformed. For now, I would like to test all this with different cache plugins. Right now I am testing using most popular WP Super Cache, and everything was working fine. If you want to help testing, please report all problems and suggestions here and include the cache plugin name and version you are using. On plugin Settings panel, first option is a checkbox controlling the cache support. Once you enable it, standard ratings will be loaded using AJAX calls in the background after the page is loaded. This way, ratings displayed will always be current.
GD Star Rating 1.7.0 should have fully implemented cache support, but the release date will depend on the testing. So, download new version and test away.

I have said many time, plugin WORKS FINE in all browsers. You website is not set right, because server is generating errors for some files and that is always caused by the wrong set access rights to plugins files. If you even bothered to check what’s happening you would saw the errors, but my guess is that it’s easier to report errors than to actually try to solve problems.
And what GD should stand for?

Posting generalized comments and saying that something is not working is extremely unhelpful. If you want to report the bug, register with issue tracker (http://tracker.gdstarrating.com/) and post as many details.

Also, as you can see on this website (WP 2.8.4, GDSR 1.6.7), everything works fine in all browsers. And many different plugins can interfere with the JavaScript code, so that could also be a problem, and that is something I will not going to test at all. If some plugin uses badly written JS code, then that plugin needs to be fixed.

Based on the debug info for rating blocks on your website, rating is locked, and the rest is working fine.

i found the problem. i unlock all ratings. but if i load an article, the ratings will be locked again automaticly.
i use always an time limit (15 days). if this is set, the ratings will be locked, when the article ist loading.
now i don’t use time limit and everything is ok.
