Shortcodes
All shortcodes plugin supports are very complicated, and have a lot of settings. It’s not a good idea for anyone to actually remember all that or even need to go through list of all those settings. But as it turns out you don’t need to remember all that.
GD Star Rating 1.5.7
This wasn’t really planned release, but I felt I need to add few more things before concluding the cycle with 1.6.0. Some of the things I need for the customizations I have been working right now, and you will get to read that in upcoming tutorials.
GD Star Rating 1.5.6
This will be most likely last release in the 1.5.x series. Mostly this is bug fixing and improving deletion of different types of votes, fixing Safari/Firefox problems with tabs on the admin panels and improving RSS integration for multis and thumbs.
Add ratings to RSS feed
Even before 1.0.0 version of the plugin was released I have added a feature allowing integration of rating results into RSS feed. But for a long time this only worked with standard rating results. Now, with release of 1.5.6 this is finally expanded.
TVScape.NET
For the last few weeks I have been working on the new website called TVScape as the title suggests. First version of the website should be live in the next two weeks. Since the website will be review oriented it will depend heavily on GD Star Rating.
How to: Set voting rules
GD Star Rating allows you to set rules for voting that can be global, per category and per post. This way you can set very precise rules through out the blog and control the voting process. This post will explain how voting rules work and how to use it.
GD Star Rating 1.5.5
Another minor release with many improvements. This version gets us a step closer to completing all thumb features I have planned. It includes several more fixes and changes to caching, filters, dashboard widget and few other things.

WordPressMU & BuddyPress
For the past 3-4 days I have been testing GD Star Rating on WPMU with BuddyPress. So, this post will be about this testing and the things I have noticed so far. But let me tell from the start, latest 1.5.7 works just fine with MPMU & BuddyPress.
