During the last few days after 1.4.6 is released, several bugs, mostly minor were reported. So, I decided to release new version with all reported bugs fixed, rather to wait for 1.5.0 that’s coming next week. So, here is another minor version.
As for the bugs, this version fixes notice of missing parameter for loading main CSS on the post edit page, on new categories panel multi set could get reseted for some categories, multi review block on post edit page fails if the requested set is missing and inserting values for multi rating results failes in some rare cases. If you find any more problems, please report them and include PHP error message if possible to help me track the error.
Also, today I have published new long term roadmap leading to GD Star Rating 2.0. Any comments on that list are welcome. I am curious on what you think on integration in WordPress MU and BuddyPress, and what should be done for that part.

When I install the Plugin my tinymce editor goes MIA. Only in the “page editor” not in the “post” editor. Any thoughts?

Not sure why, the code is the same for both, and on my end works just fine in both WP2.7.1 and WP2.8. What WP are you using, and what version of GD Star Rating?

This code had some errors, but they are fixed in 1.4.6 and in 1.4.7. I use this feature myself, and I know a bunch of other blogs that use it. Your problem is maybe some other plugin that also works on this edit page, but I can’t be sure.

Before releasing, plugin is now tested with 2.6.5., 2.7.1 and 2.8, and it was working fine on all 3.

Well, this I can’t help you. Your server returns error 500, internal server error and that can be caused by many things. Basically server refuse to allow access to a plugin file that collect votes from ajax. Usually problem is some of the access rights or something like that.

I had similar problem when my wordpress was located at diffrent catalog than a domain was pointing to. Generaly in such situations checking “Use AJAX cross-domain calls. Enable only if your website URL is different from actual URL.” in GDS settings should solve the problem. In my case the domain was just redirected to this catalog, meaning DNS of the domain set to server root and domain redirected to the catalog where WP was installed. I was recieving error on ajax file and I could “please wait” 4ever. After I put my WP to server root, where DNS poins the domain, all problems were gone. So maybe its Your case too…

Yes, that could be the problem. Cross domain calls support can get you so far. I can’t set the test, but even the cross domain solution is limited.
