The number of templates needed for rendering has grown, and at this point all the needed templates are completed. So, I have decided to display interconnection of all the templates and they use. So, this post contains a map of all T2 templates.
The full map is displayed bellow. This is smaller version, full size PNG file is available for download at the end of the post. There are several groups of templates. Some of them depend on the other templates. 2 black templates are basic elements and many of the other templates depend on them. Orange are very important, and a lot of templates use them, but they can’t be used directly for any type of rendering. Widget templates are displayed as blue, and all of them depend on votes element.
T2 Templates Map
So, if  you take MRB (Multi rating block) template, you can see a purple line leading to MRT template that will be used to display rating text. In the same time MRT via red line depend on EWV for word vote. From MRB there is another, blue line leading to MRS that is used to display elements for the multi rating block. Same principle is used for all the other blocks.

Is there anyway using tags in T2 to display an ‘excerpt’ or custom field from the post in the templates system? something like %excerpt% Or even to grab some text from the post/page and trunicate?
