New version fixes few bugs  found in 1.2.0 and also further improves on using the T2 templates system. Widget are now using T2, RSS rendering also. And finally, first version of comments ratings widget is completed.
Previous version had few bugs, and all of them are fixed now. New multi rating sets can be created again. Some obsolete code is removed, Â few bugs with widgets fixed, and minor PHP4 problem. This version develop further on T2 templates system and adds widgets T2 rendering, RSS feed post rendering.
Very important: because widgets now use T2 for rendering, old templates options are removed from widget panels. After the plugin update, widget will not work until you go to the widget panel and check each widget, select template and save them. Also, check all plugin settings and save them again to ensure that everything is set and saved.
Comments widgets are only visible on single posts or pages, and uses comments from it. Rendering is controld with T2 and there are bunch of parameters you can set and even display comment author avatars. Filtering and sorting is not as powerful as for posts, but there is no need for all that. If you have any more suggestions to improve the widget. I have added as a defulat template, template I use on this website for star rating widget. So you can try it out also.
During next week you can expect new 1.2.2 version with multi ratings rendrered with T2 and few more things.

how would i go about centering the rating block for post? on 1.9 you could do it through the drop menu but on 1.2.1 its no longer available.
and disregard this if its going to be part of 1.2.2

You still can do that, but you need to create new T2 template for the standard rating block, and set CSS styles or classes you want and center the block with that.

I’have a bug with my “GD star Rating” widget… with the 1.2.0 the widget was working perfectly: image, stars, configuration…
Now I can’t configure my widget properly and place my stars and image (ect) the way I want…

Widgets from 1.2.1 use T2 templates, so you need to use them. There are few default templates included for widgets, so you can try them or create your own.

Hello and thank you for this wonderful plugin. I did an upgrade today to version 1.2.1.
I use your plugin to cast votes for post comments. The problem I am experiencing is that under each comment “star templates” have been replaced with:
%HEADER_TEXT%
%RATING_STARS%
%RATING_TEXT%
Could you please help me solve this issue? I assume others will have the same problem as well.

I repeated this several times, after every upgrade review all the settings and save them. This will ensure that things will work properlly in case something was changed from previous version. Same goes for the widgets.
